Marvelous master suite
The huge master suite is split from the rest of the bedrooms. The master has a sitting area separated from the bedroom with a 2 way fireplace. The sitting area could also be used as a private den or even as a nursery for a new baby. The master bath features a jetted tub, Kohler fixtures and a huge walk in shower with 2 shower heads.

This "man's cave" currently houses a pool table. There are built ins for the T.V., a wet bar and a beverage refrigerator. This room could easily be used as a theater by adding a large screen, as it is wired for surround sound.

3 A/C units, 10 ceiling fans, 2 of which are on the patio plus 3M film on exterior windows which blocks 99% of UV rays. Heater and instant hot water system are both gas units.

Beautiful kitchen
The kitchen with custom alder cabinetry is open to the great room, so that the host can visit with their guests. The eat in kitchen also has a large island for bar stools. The lovely hooded gas cooktop has natural stone surrounds with insets that match the stainless appliances.

Other custom features
Ceilings heights vary from 10-12 foot with coffers in several areas. Doors are at least 8 foot and the entry is a stunning, custom iron door. There are approximately 70 landscape lights throughout the property and over 4 gas fireplaces.
